Tiki Time Tours is a Kelowna based company offering recreational tours in the Okanagan Valley. They provide tours of Okanagan Lake aboard their custom built, tiki theme pontoon boat. They also specialize in winery, brewery and cider tasting tours using their tiki themed bus. An active member of the Kelowna tourism industry and one of Kelowna's up and coming favourite attractions, Tiki Time Tours caters to both out of town visitors and locals.
WEBSITE DESIGN
As a tourism activity company our goal with the Tiki Time Tours website was to use bright colours and lots of photos. We focused on keeping the design simple to showcase the tour products. What better way to show off how much fun you can have, then to show actual guests on the boat, having a great time?
This website is built using the Squarespace framework, with extensive CSS design changes and custom coded integration of the Xola Reservation Management System for accepting online bookings.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
As a new business in the competitive local tourism market, and starting in 2020 during the pandemic, Tiki Time Tours needed to ensure that potential customers would be able to find and book their products.
Relying on a proven SEO strategy we were able to get this brand new website ranking quickly for an extensive list of high traffic keywords, resulting an extremely successful 1st business season.
